Returns
Eligibility
You may return a product within 14 days from the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable or final sale item.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Deadlift-Wears.com account.
- Go to the “Orders” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to request a return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
